All orders are processed after payment is successfully completed.

Please allow 1–5 business days for order processing before your order is shipped. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, high-volume periods, or due to product availability.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Time

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, and other factors outside of our control.

Estimated delivery time is usually 5–15 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery delays may happen due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, customs, incorrect addresses, or other unexpected circumstances.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, shipping method, and delivery location.

Any available shipping options will be shown before you complete your purchase.

4. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order. TeamForeignLLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that the address can be changed once the order has been processed or shipped.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you may receive a tracking number by email or SMS, depending on the contact information provided at checkout.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, TeamForeignLLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

We recommend checking with neighbors, building management, mailrooms, or your local post office before contacting us.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • A short description of the issue

If the claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another solution at our discretion.

8. International Shipping

At this time, TeamForeignLLC may offer shipping to select locations depending on availability at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges required by their country.

We are not responsible for customs delays or packages held by customs.

9. Incorrect or Failed Delivery

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to pick up the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
